Dear Parents,

Things look great for field day tomorrow.  All activities will be in the morning and no activities in the afternoon.  I know it will be a great day for the students.  I will not be at school tomorrow.  My daughter will graduate from college this weekend and we plan a family celebration.

Please remember the self-addressed stamped business envelope that is needed for your child.

Dear Parents,

The CRCT will be April 21-27.  Please be sure that your child eats a healthy breakfast before school.  We will not have any snacks until after testing which is about 2 hours every day.  So our regular 9:00 ish snack time will be about 10:00ish.

Also, make sure your child is well rested.  Students cannot function for intense thinking if they are tired.  Children this age still need about 9 hours of sleep.  A bedtime of about 8:00 should help them.

We will have a new schedule during testing:

Lunch-11:36-12:06

Specials-12:25-12:45

Please remember to send in a snack with your child next week.  From my past experience they are starving after testing.
