Reminders for the Week 3-18-19

Reminders for the Week and Beyond:

Talent Show tickets will be sold Monday-Wednesday mornings in the front office of the school. 

Wednesday, March 20^th: Marco’s Spirit Night

Thursday, March 21^st: World Down Syndrome Day / Talent Show 6pm at Hillgrove (Good Luck, Lily!) / Report Cards go home! 

Friday, March 22^nd: Spring Picture Day!

Tuesday, March 26^th: Puppetry of the Arts field trip! *Please have your child wear their blue tie-dye t-shirt, and tennis shoes. If your child is bringing a sack lunch this day, please make sure it is in a paper bag, with their name written on the bag. A Field Trip Lunch Count form will be sent home shortly for those who will purchase lunch on this day. 

Friday, March 29^th: Jump Rope for Heart during Specials! Please have your child wear tennis shoes. / Wacky Tacky PTSA Day

Monday, April 1^st-Friday, April 5^th: Spring Break!

Weekly Reminders and Looking Ahead 3-5-19

Tuesday, March 5^th: I will absent due to a Cobb County Writing Training I have volunteered to attend. Please remind your child to be on their absolute best behavior.  Please make sure your child turns in any change of transportation notes to the substitute.

Wednesday, March 6^th: Georgia Walk to School Wednesday!

Thursday, March 7^th: 1^st Grade Music/STEM performance! Please have your child meet in my classroom at 6pm. I will line them up at 6:15pm, and the performance will begin at 6:30pm, in the Cafeteria. Students may take home their instruments that evening to keep! 

Friday, March 8^th: Ms. Plumer will be out due to a doctor’s appointment in Atlanta. Please remind your child to be on their absolute best behavior. It will be the same substitute as Tuesday.  Please make sure your child turns in any change of transportation notes to the substitute.

Saturday, March 9^th: Still’s Spring Clean Up Day! 9am-11am

Monday, March 11^th: Super Specials! Please have your child wear tennis shoes. 

Tuesday, March 12^th: Chick-fl-A Spirit Night! Come out and see Dr. Pearce and Ms. Hood have a lemon squeezing contest!

Wednesday, March 13^th: Early Release at 12:30pm

Thursday, March 14^th: Yogli Mogli Spirit Night!

Friday, March 15^th: Still Stampede 5:00pm!
